More Matchmaking! Nomafili update:

Three sisters, Nomafili, Thandiswa and Onele have been living on their own now for a while. They have gone through some very tough times and been forced to extreems to simply have enough money to eat. We have been pleading with God to supply a caregiver for that home--a woman who would be willing to move in, nurture them, feed them, send them off to school, tuck them into bed. Enter Nomvuyo. Nomvuyo showed up one day needing a place to stay. She is a Christian woman with a young daughter of her own. Our staff in Philippi asked if she would be interested in being the caregiver for Nomafili and her sisters. She enthusiastically agreed and the relationships among them seem to be very positive! All three girls say they are very happy with Nomvuyo living with them. Praise God for his provision! With an adult caregiver in the home now Bridges of Hope is able to sponsor the home for food, transport, school fees, utilities, etc. It is a sweet thing to see folks stand up and make a difference in their community--even when it means great sacrifice and commitment.
